Concierge will need to uphold the client’s appearance and culture at all times along with making guests feel welcomed and approachable.Must keep a professional appearance.Must remain on post at all times.Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essentialMust have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valuedEnsure timely notification of all serious incidents.Basic computer knowledgeMaintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
