Locums Hospitalist - Lancaster, NH Need coverage for the month of February 2022Shift Details- 7:30am-7pm, Monday through ThurdsayDates open:Jan 31- Feb. 3Feb. 7- Feb. 10Feb. 14- Feb. 17Feb. 21- Feb. 24Supported by a strong, collaborative team of MAs, RNs, LPNs, LNA Case Manager, etc10 pts/day in MedSurg on average, EKG interpretation, initial CXE interpretation, intubation, vent managementACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.ED runs codes3 ICU bedsAdditional support by House Coordinator, Case Management, and On-Call StaffPhysician will provide high quality medical treatment and advice to patients as clinically indicated to achieve clinical and service excellence. Obtains thorough patient histories (medical/surgical, family, psychosocial, etc.), and obtains and reviews related, pertinent information.Admissions: 2-5 new admits/consults per shift.ICU: 2 (daily census)Inpatient: 8-12 (daily visits or discharge): Observation, inpatient, and SNF/swing status.Patient mix: 90% adults, 10% peds. 85% Medicine, 14% Surgery, 1% TraumaEMR- Meditech Expanse 6.16, DragonTotal # of Beds: 25Total # of ICU Beds: 5
