This team member will become an expert in our vendor partners software product offering and assist with delivering their solutions or our forecasting services to our customers.Our team implements solutions to help retailers with the following processes:Assortment PlanningMerchandise Financial PlanningLocation PlanningItem PlanningForecastingReplenishmentAllocationWhat you will doSuccessfully manage delivery of end-to-end projects and manage client expectationsCreate and manage roadmaps, and project planManage day-to-day monitoring tasks and activities, and initiate corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track.Manage the project based on agreed scope as defined in Statement of WorkManage scope creep, ensure change requests are clearly called out, agreed, and impacted against the timeline.Continually assess action items, risks, and issues maintaining risk and issue logs and contingency plansPrepare and deliver reporting and escalate any issues, as appropriate & in a timely manner.Develop and maintain backlog of product enhancements to meet tactical needs and strategic goals.Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for teams.Manage project(s) financials including the development of financial plans.Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.We would love to hear from you if you haveBachelor's degree with excellent academics in business or technology disciplines (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science)3-5+ years of experience in consulting or previous experience in process design and requirements gathering for software delivery.Strong attention to detail, focus, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.An ability to create and maintain strong cross-functional internal relationships and client relationships through strong communication skills.A collaborative attitude and working style, willingness to share and use the best ideas.The ability to be creative while also working towards goals and timelines.The ability to lead projects and work with minimal supervision.Even better if you haveExperience in retailPL/SQL experienceExperience leading projects and managing timelines/resources/financialsOur Recruitment Process:After a meeting with our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll have 4 rounds of interviews with…One of our Consultants (technical deep dive)One or more of our VPs of ImplementationOur COOOur CEOWhat we offer:In addition to joining us on our journey to build state-of-the-art, AI-enabled software, you’ll also get a ton of perks!Competitive salary, benefits, and equity stock plans for all employeesThe week between Christmas and New Year's Day as holidaysGreat medical insurance & 401K with matchingOn Wednesdays, we have free lunches, and our office building has a complimentary gym with free classes from yoga to kickboxing.
