Job Title: SchedulerDuration: 12 months Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Location: Saginaw MI (Hybrid) 4 days onsitePay rate: $18-22/Hour on w2 without any benefits/holiday/vacation. ****Looking for Local MI candidate******Job Description:Establish and execute a daily plan for the work; may include organizing and dispatching assignments, facilitating meetings, short-range forecasting, etc.Communicate effectively in line with supported business unit processes/procedures; may include interacting with supervision, field operations, or other operational supporting groups.Utilize various systems to monitor work, create/submit orders, and requests, observe data and make scheduling adjustments as necessary. Some roles may require a deeper dive into data review to make appropriate modifications.Support emergent matters in line with the business units’ processes/procedures; may include escalations, volume monitoring, etc.Perform business unit specific tasks as needed; may include various reporting and taking appropriate action.Skills:Ability to work effectively in urgent situations.Communication skillsSkilled in organization and time managementAbility to think and work independently.Technical skills to utilize various systemsEducation:Associate’s degree in Business or related field or/ 2-4 years of experience with scheduling or related work; customer facing; exposure to data and reports.
