Identify risk factors, safety concerns, schedule optimization and value added means and methods and provide support throughout the life of the projects.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze RFP information and generate questions. Solicit material, equipment, and subcontractor quotes. Prepare bid take off with labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors. Create project schedule and milestones. Create bid clarifications and exclusions list. Attend all civil job walks. Provide input on safety and risk. Support operations and provide technical support as needed.
