We are looking for customer-first, driven individuals to join our design support team. *Job Summary:* You will create print proofs for customers, adjust their artwork, and assist customers with technical design support. You will need to think creatively, offer suggestions, and solve problems throughout the day. You will be cross-trained with other positions within the company, and many growth opportunities are available! *Job Functions/Responsibilities:* * This position is responsible for meeting our customer's design support time and quality needs * You will receive and advise customers on their printing proofs and artwork * You will send proofs for review and provide feedback to customers * You will ensure that printing proofs are sent to reflect customers' interests and offer creative ideas based on SheetLabels.com's offerings * You will also help manage deadlines to ensure campaigns and customer artwork expectations are met * Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments, including service, sales, prepress, and production teams *Qualifications:* * *The right candidate will have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite Apps* * *Must be proficient in Illustrator for technical design & proofing* * *A minimum of 3 years experience with Adobe Illustrator * * Excellent communication skills, on the phone, with your co-workers, and in writing (a lot of email communication) * You should be exceptionally well organized * Experience in print, digital, or web design * Experience with using and navigating in CRMs * Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word) * Analytical ability * Excellent time management skills * Excellent attention to detail is essential * Must understand the importance of putting the customer first! *Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* * Ability to work well in a team environment and are willing to jump in and help others * Must demonstrate the ability to maintain the confidentiality of information to company and Federal standards * Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events * Must be dependable and work within company conduct standards; consistently at work and on time; follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance *Compensation/Benefits:* * $20.00-$25.00 /Hr. * Weekly Pay (Checks every Friday) * Up to 31 days PTO per year (25 PTO plus major holidays paid) * 401(k) * Health Insurance Options * Free Dental Insurance * Free Vision Insurance * Ongoing training with growth opportunities * Team Celebrations/Holiday Parties * Annual Bonus Reviews Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred) * Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
