The role involves working cross-functionally with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations and efficient program execution.The ideal candidate will have strong program management, data analysis, and ERP/CRM experience, with the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.What you'll do:Inventory management inc Asset tagging, Availability, Refurbishment.Manage internal and external hardware delivery/shipping requests, supporting the varied requirements of the business.Provide operation guidance and support to key stakeholders and wider team members.Manage the delivery and maintenance of ongoing operational processes:Sales reporting.Environmental reporting.Outbound courier delivery tracking.Inbound courier returns tracking.Day to day account management of our 3rd party providers.Work alongside our external service providers to forecast capacity in key operational nodes.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Demonstrated Program Management expertise: Proven ability to scope, plan, execute, and track complex, cross-functional projects and GTM initiatives (e.g., logistics planning, new product launch enablement) ideally within a hardware environment.ERP, CRM Systems Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce / SAP (or equivalent CRM) data models, reporting, and process automation.Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Looker) to define KPIs, measure program impact, and translate data into actionable GTM insights.Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Product, GSM, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Legal, and IT/Engineering teams.Process Optimization: Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable, efficient GTM processes that improve sales productivity and data integrity.Self starter: Ability to self start is essential and having a can do attitude to make it happen. Capable of working at both detailed/ macro levels. Flexible in working hour approach if required.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field within a high-growth technology company.Preferred Qualifications:Logistics experience (Parcel / Freight) an advantage.An understanding of international shipping best practices is an advantage.Customs broker license holder an advantage.SAP experience is an advantage.
