Lead Pelee Island Bird Observatory as the Executive Director to drive conservation and community engagement efforts in Ontario. This role requires visionary leadership in avian research and habitat preservation. Pelee Island Bird Observatory (PIBO) seeks an Executive Director to transition from a volunteer-driven foundation to a sustainable, professionally led organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in non-profit management while being motivated to enhance PIBO's mission during a pivotal growth phase, including establishing a new Bird Centre. Your leadership will foster relationships with donors and stakeholders to expand strategic initiatives and fundraising opportunities.
