Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle EPM Planning implementationsDesign scalable planning models (Workforce, Opex, Capex, Revenue)Lead workshops with Finance / FP&A stakeholdersDefine integration approach with ERP, data platforms, and reporting toolsProvide technical leadership across build, test, and deploymentEstablish governance, security, and performance optimization standardsKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills: Oracle EPM, Planning and BudgetingStrong experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service / Enterprise Planning CloudPlanning model design and dimensional modelling expertiseBusiness rules development (Calc Manager / Groovy)Data integration using Data Management / APIsStrong understanding of FP&A processes and planning cyclesProven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead ConsultantExperience with other Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, Narrative Reporting, ARCS)Integration with modern data platforms/analytics environmentsExposure to AI-driven forecasting or advanced planning analyticsOur client is a leading Technology and IT Consulting Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
