Project Team Lead

Project Team Lead Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Project Team Lead to support operations in Chandler, Arizona. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating daily activities, supporting staff performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation related to Intake Specialists Conduct weekly check-ins with client leadership to review staff performance and address any concerns Provide timely resolution to operational issues; develop and implement corrective action plans as needed Coordinate communication, updates, and task assignments between staff and client stakeholders Ensure staff understands and follow all process updates and operational procedures Monitor daily operations and service delivery to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness Assess staffing levels and capacity across locations and recommend adjustments as needed Support a collaborative, team-oriented environment while maintaining high performance standards Qualifications Local to or able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ Experience in team leadership, operations, or project coordination Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working in human services, public sector, or customer-facing environments preferred
