We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our Family Reunification Program in Gaylord serving Ogemaw, Alcona, Alpena, Iosco, Montmorency, Roscommon, Oscoda and Presque Isle countiesResponsibilities Adhere to the Family Reunification Program model using a strength-based, solution-focused approach. Develop treatment plans, goals and activities with families and assigned Family Workers. Coordinate implementation of treatment plans and ensure quality service delivery. Provide therapeutic intervention sessions with families and individual family members as needed. Deliver skills training related to parental resilience, social connections, concrete supports, child development, nurturing and attachment and infant safe sleep. Refer families and coordinate with community resources including Early On, domestic violence support and behavioral health providers. Prepare and review required documentation including service plans, progress reports, termination summaries, case notes and time sheets. Use solution-focused interviewing techniques and strength-based language in all family interactions. Prepare for and present testimony in court as needed. Plan and facilitate quarterly workshops and family activities. Maintain required face-to-face contact with families based on contract requirements. Provide flexible scheduling and 24/7 availability as needed. Complete follow-up evaluations at 6 and 12 months post-service. Transport clients using a personal vehicle as required. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work or a related human services field, preferred. Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience, required. Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and auto insurance, required. Experience providing therapeutic intervention and family support services preferred. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. Reliable, compassionate and committed to high-quality service. Schedule and Compensation Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours and 24-hour availability as needed. Hybrid / Remote: Home-based with daily travel Service Area: Ogemaw, Alcona, Alpena, Iosco, Montmorency, Roscommon, Oscoda and Presque Isle counties In-Office Requirements: Weekly team meetings, trainings and clinical supervision. Pay Rate: $44,000 per year, based on experience and education. Travel: Mileage reimbursement provided Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance.
