As an eight-time Territory Dealer of the Year, National Dealer of the Year, and Multiple Store Productivity Dealer, we know a thing or two about getting our customers top-of-the-line products for their homes.Job OverviewThe Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inventory control, purchasing, and order fulfillment to support service, sales, warehouse, and customer operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely vendor coordination, and efficient support across departments to maintain smooth daily operations.Compensation Range: $25.00 - $30.00 /HourlyCompensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.ResponsibilitiesManage receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of inventory, accessories, and suppliesMaintain accurate warehouse, retail, and technician inventory through audits and inventory controlsCoordinate vendor ordering and monitor stock levels to ensure product availabilityProcess inventory transfers and maintain accurate system recordsReview, process, pack, and ship customer, e-commerce, UPS, FedEx, and auto-ship ordersSubmit and track manufacturer warranty claimsSupport service, sales, warehouse, and customer care teams with operational needs and customer assistanceIdentify and implement process improvements to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiencyAssist with warehouse organization, facility procedures, and additional operational tasks as neededQualificationsPrevious inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or logistics experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient with inventory systems and basic computer softwareStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsForklift experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift and move inventory items as neededWe offer our employees competitive compensation, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.  Leslie’s is proud to have a culture of inclusion that seeks to celebrate and embrace the different backgrounds and perspectives that help drive our success and support team members in developing and growing with us.
