Job Description About the RoleWe are a growing residential real estate investment company specializing in fix-and-flip projects. We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple renovation projects from start to finish. This role is hands-on and field-focused, ensuring high-quality work, tight timelines, and strict budget control across all projects.The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, can manage subcontractors effectively, and knows how to keep projects moving without sacrificing quality.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously from kickoff to completionManage and coordinate subcontractors across all trades (framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, drywall, flooring, painting, etc.)Ensure all work meets quality standards, local building codes, and company expectationsDevelop and manage project schedules to ensure timelines are metMonitor project budgets, track expenses, and prevent cost overrunsConduct regular on-site inspections and progress checksIdentify and resolve construction issues proactivelyPull permits and coordinate inspections with local towns and municipalitiesMaintain clear communication with ownership, vendors, and subcontractorsEnsure job sites are safe, organized, and professional at all timesQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in residential construction or renovation project managementStrong working knowledge of all major construction tradesProven experience managing subcontractors and vendorsExperience working with residential permits and inspectionsAbility to read and understand construction plans and scopes of workStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing multiple projects at onceReliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sitesPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)Fix-and-flip or real estate investment experienceCost estimating and budget forecasting experienceFamiliarity with project management or construction softwareLocal code and permitting knowledge
