Role: Program Test ManagerExperience: 15+ YearsSkills: Java, Selenium, project management.Location: Chicago, IL.We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Program Test manager to support and Drive Test Delivery and coordinate across multi-TLA text execution plans to ensure cross-dependent work is fulfilled seamlessly. The ideal candidate will drive and develop a deep understanding of applications/projects within the operations vertical through hands-on involvement and stakeholder interaction.Responsibilities : Senior level Test Project Manager will coordinate across multi-TLA text execution plans to ensure cross-dependent work is fulfilled seamlesslyVery quick to learn and take up control of an in-flight situationPreferably with domain knowledge in the Banking/Payments (Cash) spacesAct as the primary onsite point of contact for all delivery responsibilities across projects and verticals of the Client account.Responsible for preparing and reviewing work plans, assessing capacity, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress across value streams, with onsite coordination for enhanced visibility and control.Provide consistent and uniform status reporting across the vertical using Jira dashboards, with walkthroughs as needed.Communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress during face-to-face client interactions and cadence meetings.High caliber communication techniques to span audiences including Senior Executives (IT & Biz), Project Managers, Development Managers, Test LeadersExcellent communication & stakeholder management
