Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Supervisor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Claims Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the claims handling team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Responsibilities include managing and evaluating claims, providing guidance and training to team members, analyzing data to identify trends or areas of improvement, and driving continuous process enhancement. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues. Qualifications Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and team management to lead and develop a high-performing claims team.Experience in Claims Management and Claims Handling, with strong knowledge of processes and best practices in the insurance industry.Sound Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement process improvements effectively.In-depth understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in relevant claims management software and tools is a plus.A Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the insurance/claims domain is highly desirable.
