Political Law AssociateOur client, a top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Political Law Associate to join its Government Affairs and Public Policy practice group in Washington, D.C. This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic counsel and compliance advice to a diverse clientele on matters related to political and election law, with a focus on lobbying and public policy, campaign finance, government ethics, and non-profit law.The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 – $320,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.QualificationsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Active bar license in D.C. or ability to waive in immediately4–6 years of relevant political law experienceKnowledge of the Federal Election Campaign Act, Lobbying Disclosure Act, Foreign Agents Registration Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Ethics in Government ActFamiliarity with state and federal pay-to-play lawsStrong written and oral communication skills with excellent academic credentialsJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with high academic achievementAbout UsMarina Sirras & Associates LLC is a boutique legal recruiting firm committed to connecting exceptional legal talent with top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments nationwide.
