Master s degree with 8+ years experience in this capacity.Required Technical Skills(Required) Background in Software development is highly desirableCertification or knowledge of AWS is highly desirable Exposure to data design, data extraction, and big data transformation projects is highly desirable Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), Confluence Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project Strong communication and presentation skills Change Management Certification preferred Six Sigma Black Belt Certification desirable Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable PMP certification preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred Managing technical/Software projects, may include project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion; Guide/manage technical or project management staff Resolve issues, dependencies, and risks; Lead and influence others to deliver on project commitments Utilize agile training or extensive experience with sprint planning, daily scrums, to support and challenge development planning Lead and participate in multiple meetings Prepare and analyze status reports and meeting presentation materialDisqualifiers/Red Flags/Overqualifications: Choppy tenure.
