What You’ll Do:
Market Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to maximize referral opportunities across the West Georgia market.
Relationship Building: Leverage your network to build and maintain strong partnerships with key referral sources, including senior living communities, hospitals, rehab centers, elder law attorneys, and hospice providers.
Community Advocacy: Conduct engaging presentations for community groups and professional partners to educate them on AngelCare’s mission and services.
Activity Tracking: Utilize our contact management system to track, report, and review sales activity and conversion metrics.
Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with leadership to refine growth strategies and support business development initiatives.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local industry trends to ensure AngelCare remains a preferred provider in the region.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven Track Record: Three (3) or more years of successful sales experience, preferably within healthcare or a high-touch service industry.
Local Expertise: A strong existing network and familiarity with the LaGrange / Troup County healthcare landscape is strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in home care or senior services is a significant plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak empathetically with families and professionally with clinicians.
Self-Starter Mentality: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently to meet weekly call schedules and goals.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within our service area to meet with partners and families.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
