As a recognized industry leader in contingent workforce solutions and Certified as a Great Place to Work, we're proud to partner with some of the most admired Fortune 500 brands in the world.Talent Acquisition Coordinator Duration: 6+months Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid) Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays Pay Rate: $40.00 pr/hour (fixed)Top 3 Requirements to Hire:Talent Acquisition coordination experience at a large company.Ability to support multiple recruiters and 30+ requisitions simultaneously.Experience coordinating Zoom and onsite interviews.Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures an organized, efficient, and welcoming hiring process, creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams. Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling interviews, phone screens, and recruiting activities.Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers for a smooth process.Proactively handle scheduling changes, inquiries, and deliver high-quality customer service.Act as primary candidate contact, guiding them through onsite/virtual interviews.Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations as needed.Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data integrity.Schedule post-interview debriefs and prepare evaluation materials for equitable decisions.Curate interview guides, evaluation forms, and materials for process consistency.Collect, track, and consolidate interview feedback to aid hiring decisions.Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruiting reports/metrics.Facilitate reference checks using Checkster or similar tools.Provide flexible support for additional recruiting initiatives.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.Strong customer service mindset and professionalism with diverse stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Proficiency in ATS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.Working knowledge of state/federal employment laws (e.g., affirmative action, EEO). know more about current opportunities at LeadStack , please visit us on https://leadstackinc.com/careers/ Should you have any questions, feel free to call me on (513) 3184502 or send an email on
