Primary Care Physician – Family Medicine Board Certified Austin, TX|Full-TimeWe’re partnered on a retained search with one of the largest medical service providers in Texas for a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine board-certified) to provide medical H&Ps, consults, and follow-ups across their 4 facilities in the Austin area.This is an ideal role for a physician looking for a strong work-life balance; with just 8 hour shifts, no night work and very limited on-call time, it's the perfect way to prioritise your personal and professional life - stepping out of the hospital grind without taking a pay cut and upgrading your lifestyle with stable income and low stress.Requirements MD or DO Texas Medical License CPR Certification DEA Certification Family Medicine board-certified Based in / able to relocate to Austin prior to start dateRole Responsibilities Complete medical history & physicals for all new admissions within 24 hours Manage basic medical conditions, including blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes Review and manage abnormal lab results Provide medical consults and follow-ups Supervise, schedule, and review charts for PAs and NPs Collaborate closely with inpatient behavioural health teamsWhy This Role?
