Role Description This is a contract position as a Process Server in Snohomish County, Washington State. Day-to-day tasks include handling and delivering legal documents such as subpoenas, summons, and complaints in accordance with established protocols. The role requires tracking and logging service attempts, following up as needed, and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines for document service. Process Servers will work autonomously, coordinating their schedule to meet deadlines and client requirements while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.
