Job Description:Job DescriptionBachelors degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Your assignment will extend through the current academic year, with start as soon as possible and an end date projected for May 22, 2026. Work a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, engaging and empowering students in their educational journey. Qualifications & Experience:Must hold a current SLPA license and be registered with the state board.Experience in school settings, particularly supporting school-aged children, is highly valued.Strong collaboration and communication abilities.Flexibility to work across multiple school sites as assigned.Comfortable completing a "prescreen" interview, scheduled flexibly to meet your availability between 9-11am or 2-3pm EST. Key Responsibilities:Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy and supporting IEP goals.Conduct therapy sessions, document progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping.Support students in small groups or one-on-one, adapting to varying needs and age groups.Foster positive relationships with students, families, teachers, and staff.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and board policies.
