Job Title: Part Time Sales Representative (primarily weekends, onsite only) A Seaav sales representative is a personable and multifaceted individual who cares deeply about the environment, is looking for impact-based work and is able to travel to within their predetermined region to sell Seaav product onsite during pre-scheduled popup events. We’re looking for someone who is Passionate about the ocean and our planet, enthusiastic, a conversation-starter, savvy, sales-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, flexible. Key Responsibilities Onsite sales representative for primarily weekend-based popup events. Assist customers as they shop for Seaav products. Make product suggestions according to the interests and desires of the customers. Connect with customers in the local community. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas. Qualifications The ideal candidate must: Have a reliable, charged personal mobile device. Have a reliable form of transportation and ability to travel with popup material. Be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Be able to remain in a stationary position ~ 50% of the time. Be able to lift up to 30lbs / 13.6 kg to set up items at each popup. Soft Skill Requirements: Brings an open and inclusive mind to all interactions. Acts with integrity and punctuality. Self starts. Is goal oriented. Compensation and Benefits The Sales Representative shall receive an hourly wage of $15. In addition to the hourly wage, the Sales Representative shall be eligible for commission.
