Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Quality Assurance Analyst to join a team with one of our top clients. In this role, you will ensure marketing materials meet all regulatory, brand, and quality standards while leveraging cutting-edge automation tools to streamline compliance reviews. Your work will help maintain the integrity and accuracy of marketing content, supporting efficient campaign deployment and audit readiness. You will partner with marketing, compliance, and digital asset teams to optimize review processes, manage lifecycle and asset governance, and continuously improve workflows within a fast-paced environment.Top Requirements:1-3 years of experience in marketing, compliance, or marketing operations within the insurance or financial services industryProficiency with compliance monitoring platforms such as PerformLine, Smarsh, Proofpoint, or HearsayStrong understanding of insurance marketing regulations, including NAIC guidelines and state Department of Insurance requirementsPreferred Skills:Experience with insurance marketing and advertising review processes for regulatorsKnowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and workflow tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, or AsanaAbout Seneca ResourcesAt Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm—we are a trusted career partner.
