This role will also be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the talent development programs to align Axogen’s workforce with strategic imperatives and initiatives. This role has specific responsibilities around the onboarding of new employees. This role is part of an agile Human Resources team and will be a learning design and delivery SME on the team working closely with their counterparts to deliver needed solutions to individuals, teams and organization wide.Requirements Of The Talent Development PartnerBachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in learning and developmentMinimum 1 year experience using eLearning authoring tools preferably Articulate 360Minimum 1 year experience utilizing & administering learning management system technologiesProject management experienceStrong organization skills and managing multiple prioritiesAbility to facilitate classroom and virtual trainingAbility to build relationships and partner with employees at all levels in the organizationStrong problem solving, creative thinking and demonstrated thought leadershipTrack record of delivering resultsOutstanding written, oral and presentation skillsResponsibilities Of The Talent Development PartnerThe specific duties of the Talent Development Partner include but are not limited to:Responsible for overseeing the new employee initial onboarding experience and supporting hiring leaders with tools and guidance for successful onboardingMaintains the program materials and facilitates new employee orientation and other onboarding programsPartner with peers and leaders as SMES in the instructional design processFacilitation of needs assessmentDesigns, develops and facilitates interactive training programsDevelops, implements and manages learning processes and solutions to address professional development needs in alignment with the business strategyDesigns, develops and administers impactful and engaging e-learning courses by applying adult learning methodologyWorks with manager and sales training partners, as well as LMS vendor to enhance the capability of the Learning Management SystemPerforms administrative tasks such as monitoring costs within budget, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, uploading new employee information into required systems, and coordinating curriculum enrollmentCreates, assesses and communicates reporting of learning program activity and effectiveness using LMS, survey data and other feedback methods.As member of the HR team, may be asked to work on initiatives and projects outside the role’s specific responsibilities, as needed and directed by supervisorLocation111 West Oak Ave., Tampa, FL 33602Benefits/CompensationThis position is eligible for an annual bonus.Benefits offered for this position include Health, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K, Paid Time Off, 9 Paid Holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Medical Flexible Spending Accounts, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Caregiver Leave, Basic Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Disability Insurance, as described in more detail in summary plan descriptions.Salary Range$69,333—$86,666 USDAxogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance.
