Also 2 yrs exp.: troubleshooting automated welding equip., including robotic welding guns, welding jigs, & vision systems; Designing w/ Autodesk Inventor, specializing in automation, robotics, & welding systems; CAD software for designing mfg. layouts & processes; Mfg. systems, lean principles, & Six Sigma methodologies; Data analysis tools for process improvement & performance monitoring; Welding processes & integration into automation systems; Troubleshooting & resolving complex mechanical, electrical, & software issues related to automation systems; Analytical & root cause analysis skills to drive system improvements; Technical writing skills for preparing reports & documentation, including risk assessments & process specifications; Cross-department collaboration; & Familiarity w/ both Japanese Mfg.
