We are looking to expand our client base and refine our sales strategy, and we need a skilled Business Development Consultant to guide us in this journey.Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant with proven experience in inside sales for software development companies. The ideal candidate will work with us to strategize our sales process, develop a roadmap for client acquisition, and help grow our business.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on inside sales.Identify and target potential clients who align with our software development services.Advise on improving our sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.Collaborate with our team to identify key markets and build a client acquisition plan.Provide actionable insights to optimize our outreach methods and increase conversion rates.Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.Provide ongoing consultation for 4 hours per week to track progress and refine strategies.RequirementsProven experience as a Business Development Consultant or similar role, with a focus on software development companies.Strong track record of acquiring clients through inside sales.Excellent understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely.Availability for 4 hours per week to consult with the team and drive initiatives.If you’re passionate about helping businesses grow through effective sales strategies and have the expertise to help us expand, we’d love to hear from you!
