If you’re someone who loves working as part of a team, takes pride in delivering great results, wants the ability to own your work, and is always looking for ways to grow while doing the right thing, then Eclipse Advantage is the place for you.Job Description:-Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality work.?-Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary.-Ensure all employee are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment.??-Communicating concerns, updates, and completion timelines (with site management and customer)-Sorts and organizes freight-Operate various types of material handling equipment-Sort, repack, and label freight-Identify unusable pallets-Basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided)-Remove items from packing bins, scan items using RF Scanner for accuracy, produce packing list and bag items-Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures.
