Retail seasonal inventory

Overview:Responsibilities:Managing and maintaining accurate inventory recordsConducting regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepanciesForecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demandsCollaborating with Procurement to ensure timely replenishment of stockImplementing best practices for inventory management to minimize loss and wastageGenerating and analyzing inventory reports for performance metricsTraining and assisting employees in inventory management processes and procedures, while maintaining records of system usersPreparing and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key insights and performance metricsPerforming data entry for purchase orders, internal transfers and inventory adjustmentsAssisting in executing annual physical inventories and reconciliationHandling physical movement of products between locations within the parkManaging ticketing of all items and price changesEnforcing all Six Flags New England policiesPerforming other duties as assigned or necessary to support Six Flags New England Qualifications:Prior experience in inventory management within the retail industryStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft ExcelEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challengesValid driver's license18 years old or olderWilling to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAble to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
