Commercial Construction Project Manager (TI)Our client is a reputable commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvement (TI) and interior build-outs for office, medical, retail, and light industrial spaces. they are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team and lead multiple commercial TI projects from pre-construction through closeout.The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of commercial tenant improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment handling multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of TI projects ranging from $100K to $5MCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and property managers to define scope, budget, and schedulePrepare and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingSolicit and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersReview and manage contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersEnsure projects adhere to company standards for quality, safety, and complianceMaintain and update project schedules using MS Project or similar toolsConduct site visits, progress meetings, and punch list walkthroughsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders regarding job progress, issues, and solutionsEnsure timely project closeout, turnover, and warranty coordinationQualifications3 7 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with commercial tenant improvement projectsStrong knowledge of building codes, interior systems, MEP coordination, and permitting processesExperience with fast-track schedules and occupied space renovationsProficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawingsStrong communication, time management, and leadership skillsBachelor s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferredOSHA 30 certification preferredEqual Opportunity Employer.
