Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality. Unload pallets safely with the use of manual handling techniques. Organize and stock products on shelves or storage areas according to store layout and inventory control standards. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment. Assist with supporting retail sales and merchandising efforts. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and stocking areas through routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to support shipping & receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of goods. Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stocking, shipping & receiving processes preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and control. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse teams. Knowledge of grocery store or retail environments is advantageous.
