Seattle Litigation Group Litigation Attorney - Plaintiff 1500 Billable Hour Minimum I am partnering with a well-established and growing plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking a talented Trial Attorney to join its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience, substantial case responsibility, and the ability to drive results on complex, high-value matters. What You'll Do Manage a diverse litigation caseload from filing through resolution Take and defend depositions Draft and respond to written discovery Handle substantive motions practice Participate in mediations and arbitrations Serve as first or second chair at trial Collaborate with support staff and help develop litigation strategy Work directly with clients on significant personal injury and civil litigation matters Ideal Background Active attorney license in Washington (additional state admissions are a plus) Strong litigation experience with personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, medical negligence, trucking, premises liability, or other complex civil matters Proven ability to independently manage cases Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills Trial experience or a strong desire to be in the courtroom Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach Why Consider This Opportunity?
