Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of user-centric content strategies that enhance the overall user experience across digital products
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective content
Provide direction and mentorship to a team of UX copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UX copywriting focused on digital products and user interfaces
Proven experience in leading UX content strategies for large-scale projects
Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX copywriting projects
Bachelor's degree in communications, English, UX Design, or a related field (master's degree is a plus)
Experience conducting user research to inform content decisions
