Role Description This is an exciting full-time, on-site role based in Jupiter, FL, for a Game Master. As a Game Master, you will oversee the operation of escape room experiences, ensuring an enjoyable experience from start to finish for all participants. Responsibilities include setting up and resetting game rooms, providing clear instructions and hints as needed, monitoring player progress, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with the team to improve game design and player satisfaction through creativity and input. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with players and provide an excellent experienceFlexibility and Adaptability to handle different situations and customer needs during game operationsCreativity skills to enhance the escape room experiences and contribute to game improvementsUnderstanding of or interest in Game Design and an ability to work collaboratively on game creationAttention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiasm for creating enjoyable and memorable experiences for customersPrior experience in customer service, entertainment, or recreational activities is beneficial
