Hospital manages its own Hospitalist program. The current practice includes 30+ full-time, BC Internal Medicine Hospitalists.Adding: Day Hospitalists and Nocturnists. Details: 7 o n /7 o f f Days 15 shifts / month for days Census: 15-20 Nocturnists 12 shifts / month for nights Census: 9-10 with 3 Nocturnists on staff Option to pick up additional shifts No vents, no procedures, do cover codes Open ICU managed by Critical Care physicians Admit and co-manage with Intensivist support 24/7 Pulm/Critical Care support for CC admissions Manage patients in Clinical Decision Unit 24 hour subspecialty support available for specialties including presence of an in-house Radiology physician 24/7 EMR: EPIC Benefits: Competitive compensation 300-330k plus quality
