This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering training sessions, assisting with training materials and documentation, and ensuring employees receive a consistent and engaging onboarding and development experience. The Training Coordinator will partner with our Learning & Development Partner and other department leaders to support operational training needs while helping reinforce company processes, systems, and service standards within a fast-paced third-party logistics environment. This position is ideal for an organized, people-oriented individual that’s passionate about this industry, developing people, and helping our employees and teams grow!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and training sessionsAssist with delivering role-specific operational training for employees across departmentsPrepare training materials, presentations, handouts, guides, and learning resourcesSchedule training sessions, meetings, and follow-up coaching activitiesMaintain training calendars, attendance records, and completion trackingSupport the creation and organization of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentationPartner with department leaders to ensure training content remains accurate and up to dateProvide employees with guidance and support during onboarding and training periodsObserve employee progress and communicate training feedback to leadershipAssisting in identifying opportunities to improve training effectiveness and employee engagementSupport ongoing learning and development initiatives across the organizationMaintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with employees at all levelsPerform additional related duties as assignedCompetenciesStrong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsComfortable facilitating group discussions and speaking confidently in front of employees at all levelsPositive, engaging, and professional presence with the ability to build rapport and maintain employee engagementStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to simplify and communicate complex processes in a clear, teachable mannerAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environmentTeam-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skillsCoaching and a developmental mindset with a willingness to support employee growth and learningStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and dependableProfessionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in handling responsibilities and confidential informationWillingness to learn and grow within Learning & Development and Human ResourcesEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related fieldIndustry experience preferred1–3 years of experience in training, onboarding, customer service, recruiting, teaching, facilitation, operations, or administrative support preferredExperience in presenting information, leading groups, or facilitating discussions is preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, Canva preferredAbility to quickly learn company systems, processes, and operational workflows
