Talent Management Systems Analyst (Contract)Hybrid – Downtown Seattle, WA (Onsite Tues–Thurs)$40–$50/hr (W2)6‐Month ContractWe're looking for a detail‐oriented, collaborative Talent Management / HCM Systems Analyst to support a major HR technology transformation. In this role, you'll partner with HR, IT, and implementation teams to help design, configure, test, and launch new Talent Management capabilities within a modern cloud‐based HCM platform. If you enjoy structured testing, clean documentation, and improving the employee experience across performance, goals, succession, and development—this is your kind of project.What You'll DoDocument user stories & test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO)Support HCM design & configuration for Talent Management modulesAssist with integrations including data mapping & validationLead hands‐on testing—plan, execute, document, and validate test scenariosMaintain detailed test evidence, defects, and results in ADOSupport defect triage and partner with implementation teams to resolve issuesAssist with data conversion and validation activitiesSupport rollout readiness, cutover planning, and go‐live activitiesPartner with OCM on communications, documentation, and end‐user trainingProvide post‐go‐live support, issue resolution, and knowledge transferWhat You Bring3–5 years of HCM/HRIS experienceHands‐on experience with enterprise SaaS HR systemsStrong attention to detail, critical thinking, and structured problem‐solvingAbility to translate HR/Talent concepts into clear user stories & test casesExperience with software testing, validation, and disciplined documentationUnderstanding of Talent Management processes (performance, goals, succession, development)Experience creating end‐user documentation and training materialsStrong communication skills and ability to work under time‐sensitive conditionsProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)Nice to HaveUKG Pro Talent experiencePrior HCM testing experienceExperience with ADO for stories, test cases, and defectsFamiliarity with AI/LLM tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivityContract Details6 month contract$40–$50/hr, depending on experienceHybrid onsite: Tuesday–Thursday in Seattle; remote Monday & FridayBenefits: For contract positions, hired candidates will be employed by Prime Team for the duration of the contract period and be eligible for our company benefits.
