This role ensures safe, efficient production while complying with company standards, cGMP, and FDA regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines according to batch records and SOPsPerform in-process quality checks (capsule weight, integrity, appearance)Assist with equipment changeovers to minimize downtimeClean and sanitize equipment and work areas per GMP and safety standardsPerform routine equipment maintenance and report malfunctionsAccurately complete batch records, logbooks, and cleaning documentationFollow all company policies, cGMP/FDA regulations, and internal SOPsCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsAssist in training new operatorsFollow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work areaQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsEnglish speaking
