Please let us know what you desire.Key Responsibilities for CNC Programmer:Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for complex aerospace components using 5-axis machining in MastercamCreate and refine advanced multi-axis tool paths for intricate geometries and hard-to-machine materials commonly used in aerospaceProgram and support CNC lathes with live tooling for mill-turn aerospace applicationsAssist in set-up, prove-out, and validate programs on Makino machining centers and CNC lathesPerform simulation and verification using Vericut to ensure collision-free, efficient, and compliant machining processesInterpret aerospace technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T with a high level of accuracySelect tooling, cutting strategies, and machining parameters optimized for aerospace materials and tolerancesTroubleshoot machining and programming issues to meet strict aerospace quality and repeatability standardsOther duties as assignedQualifications for CNC Programmer:High school diploma or GED (Associate's or technical degree preferred)5+ years of CNC programming experience with a strong focus on aerospace manufacturing andProven experience programming complex 5-axis parts for aerospace applicationsProficiency in Mastercam (advanced multi-axis required)Experience with CNC program verification using VericutHands-on experience with high-performance machining centers, preferably MakinoExperience programming CNC lathes with live tooling (mill-turn)Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, Macro, and multi-axis machine kinematicsAdvanced ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings, CAD models, and GD&TDemonstrated experience holding tight tolerances and meeting strict quality standardsIf you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
