Criterion Edge is seeking a results-driven, proactive, independent and ambitious individual who enjoys learning, and can deliver in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage pipeline of prospects/leads in CRM system (Hubspot) including logging activity, creating/updating records, and completing assigned tasks.Identify regulatory affairs and medical writing executives, directors and managers within companies that fit our ideal customer profile using tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Google, website research, etc.Reach out to prospects to understand their needs and offer our services using tools like email, LinkedIn and phone call / voicemail. Explain to prospects what Criterion Edge does, what makes us better and the reason they should consider hiring us for their regulatory writing needs. Qualify prospects using BANT methodology (budget, authority, need, timing). Follow-up and qualify inbound leads that have submitted a contact form through website.Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings with qualified leads (measured goal). Attend, host and participate in virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom.Monitor your inbox and calendar using Microsoft Outlook/Calendar.Cascade relevant feedback to leadership and fellow team members to continue improving inside sales strategies and operations.Provide sales support as needed in tradeshows and virtual sales events.Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working in sales (or related customer-facing role)A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a similar field, desiredComfortable in a results-measured role, with goals and metrics measured daily/weekly Experience using a CRM such as Hubspot, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
