Law Enforcement Officer Walton County Sheriff's Office (GA) Salary: Depends On Qualifications Location: Monroe, GA Job Type: Full-Time Department: Patrol, School Resources, Civil Closing Date: Continuous Description Performs various law enforcement tasks for the patrol division, evaluates and deciphers emergency and non-emergency calls. Enforces motor vehicle laws, directs traffic. Investigates crimes, interviews witnesses, reviews and prepares reports. Provides escorts to prisoners and during funeral processions. Issues court subpoenas, executes warrants for arrest/search, and executes court orders. Investigates missing person reports, animal complaints and maintains crowd control.
