The Student Success Coach works collaboratively with school staff, families, and community partners to identify and reduce barriers to student success, increase student engagement, and support positive academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes. This role is embedded within the district’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF). It focuses on providing targeted, data-informed interventions, including support for social-emotional skill development, self-regulation, coping strategies, and school connectedness.
