Consumer Insights Marketing InternPosition Summary: Clayton offers a multitude of different opportunities through our Summer Internship Program. The Clayton Summer Internship Program challenges students to think critically and analytically within their field of study while allowing them direct, hands-on working experience. The Corporate Marketing Intern will provide assistance with market research and analysis projects that will allow the Marketing team to better serve the organization.Internship Program Details:Internships are paid, full-time, hourly positions.Internship dates are May 18th - August 7th 2026Internships include several professional development workshops and opportunities for networking with other interns across Clayton's various lines of business.Interns will facilitate a presentation of their Summer project to Clayton Senior Leadership at the completion of their internship.What you will do:Assist with end-to-end marketing research in areas of brand perception, or other ad hoc studiesAttend meetings with stakeholders during discovery processSurvey designSurvey programmingData fielding and scrubbingSurvey analysisCreate survey results report/presentationAdditional secondary research support to the business as neededWhat skills you will learn or develop:Direct experience in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholdersMarket research industry best practicesSurvey development & executionHands-on experience with surveying platformsData analysisQualifications:Must be a rising junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Consumer Insights or related field.Excellent presentation skills required.Strong research and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteDriven and willing to learnStrong collaboration skillsCoursework completed (or experience) in market research a plusExperience in surveying platforms (Qualtrics preferred) a pluserks of Interning at Clayton:Clayton's internship program offers the opportunity for interns to complete real, value-add work projects while building both interpersonal and technical skillsets.
