This role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate all aspects of daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction operations and field activitiesManage and supervise construction crews and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and site protocolsMonitor project schedule and coordinate with project managersTrack material deliveries and equipment utilizationMaintain site organization and cleanlinessDocument progress and prepare daily/weekly reportsAddress field challenges and coordinate solutionsRequirements5+ years of construction superintendent experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of construction safety and OSHA complianceAbility to read blueprints and understand project specificationsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesValid driver's license
