Maintenance Technician I

Maintenance Team Members at The Point at Poipu work varying shifts; 7:00am - 3:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm, and 2:00pm -10:00pmAdditional Responsibilities Include:Operate all resort and physical plant systems & associated equipmentRepair and maintain physical structure of establishmentPerform repairs on all types of equipmentRepair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans and air conditioning equipmentInstall and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers & wiring and electrical & electronic components of machinery and equipmentRepair and/or replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipmentFabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions and other wooden structuresRefurbish and remodel roomsVisually inspect and test machinery & equipmentDismantle defective machines & equipment and install new componentsSet up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures and toolsComplete all given work assignments and work ordersRespond to and correct any guest complaints or service calls that may occurConduct proper building roundsMaintain recordsProvide superior customer service in accordance with the Company Driven to Excellence standardsConsistently practice the Meaning of Yes and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospectsPerform other duties as assignedWhat are we looking for?Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
