Delivery Driver
*Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor, 1099) – Fort Worth / Arlington, TX – High Roof Cargo Van Required*
Solid Selection Services LLC is hiring independent contractor delivery drivers for package routes in Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding cities. Drivers are paid per package, averaging about *$4.50 per package*, and choose full-time or part-time routes. Weekly earnings typically range from *$400 to $1,200*, depending on your schedule (part-time or full-time) and the number of packages you take.
*The Work*
* Pick up packages at our warehouse in The Colony, TX every morning, between *6:00 and 8:00 AM*
* Deliver *20 to 50 packages per day* (routes average about 40), with packages up to 150 lbs
* Scan packages and take proof-of-delivery photos with your phone
* We try to assign routes that finish closer to your home area
*Requirements*
* *High-roof cargo van* you own or have full-time access to
* *Dolly or hand truck* (required, since some packages are heavy)
* Active auto insurance on your van
* Valid driver's license and *clean driving record for the past 3 years*
* Smartphone with working camera and data to scan packages and take photos
* Able to start between 6:00 and 8:00 AM
*Screening*
As part of onboarding, we complete a driving record review and a background check. Each applicant's background is considered individually, so please apply even if you have questions about your history.
*What You Get*

This is an independent contractor position (1099). You provide your own vehicle, fuel, and insurance and are responsible for your own taxes.
