Position Details: Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Department: Outpatient Psychiatry Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday Compensation: $132,000 - $142,000 per year Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care, counseling, and education to patients and families. Perform psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatments. Manage patient safety and coordinate care transitions. Engage in patient education and promote health maintenance. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects. Requirements: Education: Master s degree in nursing; accredited nurse practitioner program. Licenses/Certifications: Active Massachusetts RN license, Nurse Practitioner registration, DEA registration, current BLS certification.
