Golf Operations - Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager – Guest Services TeamDaily management of Outside Service staff while ensuring operation runs efficiently. Assist with employee training and enhance our customers' satisfaction while incorporating the Erin Hills Mission Statement goals.Expected to work full time 5/6-Days per week. (40 – 50 hours) (Guaranteed minimum of one, 2-3 day off period per month)Will be expected to have a clean appearance while on property, including uniform.Position requires ability to frequently walk, sit, stand for up to 8 hours a dayBe able to lift 50 lbs.Area of Responsibility (Bag Drop, Greeter Post, Practice Facility, Locker Room, Welcome House)Assist with training sessions for new hires & returning staffPreparation, upkeep & cleanliness of areas of responsibilityPreparation & direction to create documents for daily operations (Luggage Tags, Lodging Sheets, etc.)Guest Quality AssuranceApproach guest with comments regarding their experienceHelp to resolve conflicts with guest complaintsStaff EvaluationsContinuous aid & growth of all employeesKeep positive attitude to maintain positive work environment!Keeping staff busy and committed to making the Erin Hills Experience great!Guest ExperienceHelp with clinics and lessons as directed by Head Golf ProfessionalTake initiative to sign up for tournaments & putting contests as needed (Paid)
