$50,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervise, train, and develop a team of Case Managers
Review and approve case documentation for accuracy and timeliness
Lead weekly supervision meetings and case staffing
Review Temporary Financial Assistance requests
Partner with the VA, Vet Centers, shelters, and the local HUD-VASH team
Monitor monthly Continuous Quality Improvement goals
Manage a small caseload when needed
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Established supervisory experience leading case management staff
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and person-first practices
Familiarity with Housing First, the VA, or military a plus
Valid Alabama driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
Onsite in Montgomery with local travel and occasional after-hours or weekend work
