Explore the local consumption trends and user behavior in the U.S., provide strategic support and insights for local strategy and merchandise planning by combining data and analysis, promoting the planning and execution. 2.Conduct research on consumer portrait and purchasing behaviour in the US market. Propose suggestions for business development based on analysis results. Collaborate with business teams to optimise governance process mechanisms (risk definition, recall, identification, disposal and other governance processes). 3.Analyse the retail business market (industry, competitors, products, etc.) and provide data analysis results and business improvement recommendations which can enhance the business. 4.Use qualitative and quantitative research methodology and tools to get in-depth insights into users' unsatisfied needs and pain points; Conduct in-depth analysis and research on market development trends and competitors' strategies; Propose executable product strategies, detailed product definitions, or marketing positioning plans. Position Requirement 1. Familiar with user research and market insight work, with more than 3 years of cross-border e-commerce user research and market insight related experience; 2. Experience in strategy consulting/internet industry analysis is a plus, Good skills (including but not limited to data analysis, PPT) are required; 3. Structured thinking and analysis ability, good at expression and communication; 4. Excellent execution, driving force, communication skills and spirit of cooperation, able to maintain good communication and collaboration with various teams. 5. Having US or overseas study and e-commerce working experience background is preferred, fluent in English and Chinese.
